Privacy Notice

This notice covers irchiinnuss.com, the Irchiinnuss studio site. We keep it short because this site collects almost nothing. Our individual products have their own notices: see MercuryPitch, Token Circles and Beside Cue.

What we handle

• Newsletter (optional). If you enter your email address, we store it solely to send you the studio updates you asked for, and we use a third-party email delivery service to manage the list and send the messages. We don’t use your address for anything else, and every message has an unsubscribe link. The legal basis is your consent, which you can withdraw at any time by unsubscribing or emailing us.
• Contact form. When you send the contact form, we receive the topic you pick, your email address, your message and, if you give it, your name. Resend, our email delivery service, passes it to our mailbox at Proton Mail, with your address as the one to reply to, and keeps a record of each message and whether it was delivered. We use what you send to answer you. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in answering your messages.
• Bot protection. The newsletter and contact forms use Cloudflare Turnstile, which checks signals such as your IP address and browser details to tell people from scripts; it does not read what you type. When you send a form, we pass Cloudflare the result of that check with your IP address, so it can confirm it. Cloudflare handles this as our processor, and for improving its bot detection under its own Turnstile Privacy Addendum. To stop the forms being flooded, we count submissions for one minute per IP address and per email address entered. Both are turned into one-way keys first, so the counters never hold either in readable form. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in keeping the forms free of spam.
• Basic operation and visit statistics. Like most websites, limited technical data (such as your IP address and standard request logs) is processed by our hosting provider, Cloudflare, to serve the site and keep it secure and reliable. Cloudflare also gives us aggregate visit statistics: things like how many people visited a page and roughly where in the world they came from. These are measured at the server, counted in aggregate, and are not used to identify or profile you.
• No advertising trackers. We don’t run advertising or cross-site tracking of any kind (no Google Ads or Analytics, no social-media pixels, no third-party profiling), and we set no tracking cookies. We never sell your data.

Your rights

If you are in the EU/EEA you have the right to access, correct, port, restrict, object to, and erase the personal data we hold about you, and to withdraw consent at any time. To exercise any of these, send us a note through the contact form and we will action it. You also have the right to complain to your local supervisory authority, which in Croatia is AZOP.

Retention

We keep your newsletter email until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete it, after which it is removed from the list.

We keep messages you send through the contact form as long as we need them to answer you.

Changes

We may update this notice at any time; when we do, we’ll change the date above.
