Privacy Notice

This notice covers about.irchiinnuss.com, the Irchiinnuss studio site. We keep it short because this site collects almost nothing. Our individual products have their own notices — see MercuryPitch and Token Circles.

What we handle

• Newsletter (optional). If you enter your email address, we store it solely to send you the studio updates you asked for, and we use a third-party email delivery service to manage the list and send the messages. We don’t use your address for anything else, and every message has an unsubscribe link. The legal basis is your consent, which you can withdraw at any time by unsubscribing or emailing us.
• Basic operation and visit statistics. Like most websites, limited technical data (such as your IP address and standard request logs) is processed by our hosting provider, Cloudflare, to serve the site and keep it secure and reliable. Cloudflare also gives us aggregate visit statistics — things like how many people visited a page and roughly where in the world they came from. These are measured at the server, counted in aggregate, and are not used to identify or profile you.
• No advertising trackers. We don’t run advertising or cross-site tracking of any kind — no Google Ads or Analytics, no social-media pixels, no third-party profiling — and we set no tracking cookies. We never sell your data.

Your rights

If you are in the EU/EEA you have the right to access, correct, port, restrict, object to, and erase the personal data we hold about you, and to withdraw consent at any time. To exercise any of these, email hello@irchiinnuss.com and we will action it. You also have the right to complain to your local supervisory authority — in Croatia, AZOP.

Retention

We keep your newsletter email until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete it, after which it is removed from the list.

Changes

We may update this notice at any time; when we do, we’ll change the date above.
